90 g (1 cup) oats
2 ripe bananas
250 ml (1 cup) plant milk of your choice
1 granny smith apple, peeled and diced
35 g (1/3 cup) raisins
1 tsp ground cinnamon
In a big bowl mash bananas with a fork until no more lumps, then add oats. Mix together, then add milk and cinnamon. Make a uniform mixture with a whisk, then add diced apples and raisins.
Brush a baking dish with oil, then transfer the mixture. Bake in a heated to 180'C oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Enjoy hot or cold.
