Oven Roasted Potatoes


1 kg potatoes cut into wedges

2 Tb oil

Black pepper


Garlic Powder

 Switch your oven to convection broil mode and heat to 200'C.

In a big bowl toss together oil and potatoes wedges. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread evenly, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. 

Avocado Dip:

1 avocado

juice of 2 limes

big handful of mint leaves

1/2 cup (or more) drinking water to thin out the dip. 


Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more water if necessary.
